What is Coffice?
Coffice is a unique hybrid space combining a welcoming café with a coworking area, located at Rue Saint-Maurice 9. Within a 640 m² venue, you can stop by for a drink, enjoy a homemade meal, or settle in and work in a calm and comfortable environment.
Do I have to work to come to Coffice?
No, Coffice is first and foremost a café open to everyone. You are welcome to simply have a coffee, enjoy a pastry, relax or meet with friends, with absolutely no obligation to work.
Do I need to book before coming to Coffice?
No, access to the café and workspaces is available without reservation, subject to availability. Simply walk in and find a place to sit.
Is Coffice accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, Coffice is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. The establishment has step-free access and adapted restroom facilities. A lift provides easy access to the upper floors, including the open space, meeting rooms and phone booths.
Does Coffice have a terrace?
Yes, we have a sunny terrace available during the warmer months. It also offers high-speed Wi-Fi coverage, making it ideal for working outdoors.
How do Coffice's coworking plans work?
We offer two flexible options for accessing our workspaces, both of which include unlimited drinks (coffee, tea, syrups and water).
Hourly plan: CHF 7/hour for access to Coffice + unlimited hot drinks and soft drinks.
Half-day / full-day plan: CHF 20/half-day and CHF 35/day for full access to the upper floors (including phone booths) + unlimited hot drinks and soft drinks.
Can I make phone calls or video calls at Coffice?
Yes, short phone calls and video calls (with headphones) are allowed in the café area. For longer or confidential meetings, our half-day/full-day plan (CHF 20 or CHF 35) gives you access to soundproof phone booths on the 2nd floor.
Do you offer private meeting rooms or conference spaces?
Yes, Coffice is located within a 640 m² venue offering:
- a conference room in the basement with a capacity of 50 people
- a meeting room on the 1st floor with a capacity of 30 people
- 2 phone booths on the 2nd floor with capacities of 2 and 4 people
- 2 meeting alcoves with a capacity of 4 people each.
We also offer a tailor-made catering service for your professional events. Coffice can also be fully privatised in the evening for your events. Whether you are organising an after-work event or a corporate event, feel free to contact us to discuss your project and our private hire options.
What can I eat and drink at Coffice?
Coffice offers a fresh and delicious menu throughout the day:
In the morning: Artisanal pastries (croissants, chocolate croissants) and crispy cookies.
At lunchtime: A varied daily menu prepared with seasonal ingredients, plus paninis and croque-monsieurs for a quick bite.
In the afternoon: Homemade cakes and pastries.
Can I order takeaway or have food delivered?
Yes, our entire menu is available for takeaway. You can also have our drinks and dishes delivered to your home or office via Uber Eats.
Do you offer plant-based milk at no extra charge?
Yes, we offer oat milk and soy milk at no extra charge. Enjoy your hot drink with 100% plant-based foam free of charge.
Are Wi-Fi and power outlets available throughout Coffice?
Yes, Coffice provides free high-speed Wi-Fi and plenty of power outlets throughout the premises, including on the terrace, making it ideal for digital nomads.
Can I print documents on site?
Yes, a pay-per-page printing service is available at the counter for administrative documents, professional files or study materials.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome on the ground floor of Coffice. However, pets are not permitted on the upper floors.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept standard debit and credit cards, cash, TWINT, as well as cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin via Lightning or on-chain transactions).
