Planning your event
How much does a room cost?
Every enquiry gets a written quote. The amount depends on the room, the duration, the number of people and the services you want, catering included. Tell us what you have in mind and you will receive a costed proposal.
Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Coffice is fully accessible: the ground floor is step-free with adapted toilets, and a lift serves the upper floors, so the meeting rooms too.
What equipment is included?
Screen, Wi-Fi and furniture are included. A sound system is available for the conference room, as needed.
Can we add a coffee break or drinks?
Yes. Catering covers coffee breaks, snacks and standing dinners. Mention it in your enquiry.
Can the room layout be changed?
Yes. Both rooms are flexible: U-shape, rows or clusters, depending on how many people you expect.
Can Coffice be hired privately?
Yes, in the evening. Tell us about your event and we will send you a proposal.
